Registered Charity #803913060 RR0001

We are unable to do large fundraisers so we depend a great deal on your donations for food and medical care for our rescued cats until adoption.  Donations are by cash, cheque, Pay Pal or credit card.

Dedicated volunteers (not paid employees) run Helping Homeless Cats rescue and cats are kept in foster homes until adoption.  For food, supplies and vet care, we depend on your donations made by mailing a cheque or using our Pay Pal donation page or CanadaHelps.org donation page. To receive a tax receipt for a cheque or Pay Pal donation, please email us your name and address or fill out and return a donation form found in Forms & Agreements.  CanadaHelps.org provides a tax receipt.

Please mail cheques to:

Helping Homeless Cats of Greater Victoria Society
P.O. Box 101

We also provide tax receipts for “donations in kind” for new items such as cat food or supplies for which you have purchase receipts.

We collect refundable recycles in large quantities (or small quantities if dropped off to us) and welcome hearing from anyone with those to offer.  Please call us at 778-426-2426.  We have accounts at the Sidney Bottle Depot and the Glanford Bottle Depot where items are credited to us.

We gladly accept donated quality items to sell at consignment shops or on Used Victoria.  Go to http://helpinghomelesscats.usedvictoria.com to see our current ads.
